Occupational Safety Service
The Occupational Health and Safety Service to be provided to your company will not only be the standard OHS service where legal obligations are fulfilled. Establishing the Occupational Health and Safety structuring in accordance with your corporate structure, creating a safety culture and Managing Occupational Health and Safety will be the service.
In this context, the OHS Professionals we will assign will carry out the following activities in your institution.
Occupational Safety Studies
1. Risk Assessments
In order to detect work accidents and occupational diseases that may occur in the workplace and to prevent accidents;

In the Activities carried out,
In machinery, equipment, hand tools
In Common Social Areas
Risks that may arise should be identified and eliminated in advance. Risk Assessments that have been made will be reviewed and necessary corrections and additions will be made. Accidents and near misses, changes in production methods, changes in machinery and equipment, etc. Risk assessments will be renewed immediately and, if nothing happens, every 2 years in Very Dangerous workplaces, 4 in Hazardous workplaces and every 6 years in Less hazardous workplaces.
2. Emergency Management
Emergency situations that may occur in the workplace and / or may arise from outside;
determination,
Determining the measures to be taken to prevent its occurrence and limit its effects,
Determination of response teams and methods,
Providing training to employees by creating sketches,
Determination of emergency escape routes and meeting places,
Presented to the employer for appropriate marking,
Planning of Emergency Drills and monitoring and reporting activities will be carried out.
For every 30/40/50 employees in very dangerous/dangerous/low-hazardous workplaces;
1 Support Person in Charge of Fire Fighting,
1 Support Person responsible for Search, Rescue and Evacuation will be assigned and certified by giving training.
An emergency drill will be planned for 2017, taking into account the emergency scenarios.
3. Site Inspection System
In order for employers to fulfill their legal obligations, they must inspect whether the occupational safety rules are followed in the field, warn those who do not comply, and put it in writing. Otherwise; It is accepted that complying with the occupational safety rules is left to the disposal of the employee.
A site inspection system will be established in which the field will be inspected effectively and the inspections will be reported. For each unit; Monthly Announced Security Tours will be planned with the participation of unit managers and employees, thus ensuring the participation of employees and managers in field audits.
The deficiencies identified in the audits and the improvement activities to be carried out will be tracked in the “OHS Nonconformity Tracking Table” and reported to the management.
4. Personal Protective Equipment
Personal protective equipment to be used in the workplaces will be determined, training will be given to the employees, “PPE Embarrassment and Commitment Form” will be signed, and signed PPE will be provided to the employees.
5. Accident and Near Miss Records
Occupational accidents that occur in order to prevent the recurrence of accidents will be examined in detail with the unit managers and recorded with the "Accident Investigation Report" prepared.
In order to detect near-misses and potential hazards, which are an important factor in the prevention of accidents; "Near-Accident (KRK) Notification Form" and "Potential Hazard Notification Form" will be prepared, which the employees will fill out and put in the OHS boxes. By evaluating the notified CRC Forms and Potential Hazard Forms, the necessary improvement action will be determined and it will be followed whether the necessary improvement works are carried out.
In Unit Meetings and trainings; Visual awareness will also be provided by conveying the accidents and near misses to the employees in detail, together with their pictures.
The root causes of the accidents will be determined and the results of the investigation will be standardized and reported statistically.
